PRACTICAL CYBERSECURITY WORKSHOPS · SARAJEVO

Suspicious message? Know what to do next.

BRATTS runs practical cybersecurity workshops for people who use computers every day. With examples of messages, links, and requests for information, we practice how to check a concern and who to contact.

For employees, organization members, and individuals — no IT background needed.

01 / WHAT WE DO IN A WORKSHOP

Look at the message.
Notice the detail.

A message can look convincing: a familiar name, an urgent tone, and a button asking you to sign in. Together, we look for the details that reveal risk.

We use examples of suspicious messages, fake requests, passwords, and sharing information. Participants practice what to check, whom to contact, and what to avoid — at work or at home. Questions are welcome throughout.

PRACTICAL TIP · SUSPICIOUS MESSAGE

Do not rush to open a link or attachment. Verify the request using a known number or address; at work, report your concern to the person responsible for security.

Bosnian-language slide about phrases that downplay cyber risk
01 / MISCONCEPTIONS ABOUT RISK“It will not happen to me” — a conversation about false confidence.
Bosnian-language slide on policies, platform use, and phishing simulations
02 / ORGANIZATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONSPolicies and support for people who use digital tools every day.
